At Vandu Collection, we value your trust and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • All product sizes and details are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please check before ordering, as size-related issues are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Nose pins (Naths), Toe Rings, Earrings, or any set including earrings
  • Body piercing products
  • Hair accessories
  • Face masks
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care & sanitary products

3. Proof of Damage (Mandatory)

  • Please record a full unboxing video (360° view in clear lighting) when opening your package.
  • This video is mandatory proof for damaged/defective product claims. Without it, refunds/exchanges will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers must bear a flat ₹120 return shipping charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/UPI/credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider – sometimes it takes time to reflect.

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective (with unboxing proof).
  • Minor color/design variations from website images are not eligible for exchange.
  • If the same product is not available in stock, exchange cannot be processed.

8. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale, clearance, and discounted products are non-refundable.
